Posada Salentein is located at Finca La Pampa, within Espacio Salentein, in the department of Tunuyán, Valle de Uco, Mendoza Province — just one and a half hours from Mendoza city.

Situated in the heart of the San Pablo GI and surrounded by the first vineyards that gave origin to Bodegas Salentein in the Valle de Uco, Posada Salentein offers an intimate retreat immersed in nature and viticulture.

Nestled at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, approximately 100 km from Mendoza city, the Posada is a warm and refined space that combines the traditional architecture of Mendoza’s historic estancias with the vineyards of Bodegas Salentein.

Our property features 14 guest rooms surrounded by gardens and vineyards, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains.

The “Numina” reading lounge is equipped to function as a private meeting and workspace.

Our family cellar houses a curated selection of historic vintages carefully preserved by the Pon family. Guests are invited to visit this exclusive space and enjoy the opportunity to taste and acquire these exceptional wines.

At the foot of the vineyards lies Restaurante San Pablo, a welcoming dining space where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, created by our Executive Chef, Matías Gil Falcón. During their stay, guests may also enjoy a range of experiences:
